I provide services to coordinate and action relevant content for O&MM/HOTO Evidence Folders in accordance with the project specific HOTO Evidence Checklist and Defence O&MM specification, manage asset information including GDLs, provide guidance and deliverables relevant to spatial data and associated metadata for the project.
I have the capacity to provide guidance and support to project teams regarding the HOTO process, it’s requirements and interpretation of deliverables in accordance with the Defence Estate Quality Management Systems (DEQMS). I can assist in defining the key requirements relevant to the project specific Project Lifecycle & HOTO Plan and Data Provision Checklist (DPC) throughout the project lifecycle, to ensure that HOTO & DPC activities remain aligned with stakeholder expectations.
